What rights does Coverpay have over the insurance policy?

Under the Coverpay user terms, the customer grants a security interest to us over: 

  • the policy which is the subject of the Coverpay plan 
  • any replacement policy  
  • any premium refund and  
  • any claims proceeds

Please contact us immediately to notify of any cancellation, return premium endorsement or total-loss claim under a policy.  

Please always check with Coverpay first before sending any policy refund monies to your customer.
