Has there been an amendment to the invoice since the payment plan was activated?
If so and there is still an outstanding balance on the policy after applying the Coverpay payment, we cannot amend the plan amount once the plan has commenced so you will need to seek any outstanding amount from your customer.
If so and there is a credit on the policy after applying the Coverpay payment, please contact us immediately to seek our instructions as this amount will most likely need to be refunded to Coverpay.
