Check the settlement date stated in the new plan advice. This is emailed to merchants on the day a customer starts their Coverpay plan. If you cannot locate this email please check your junk folder.
If the date stated in the new plan advice has passed, please contact us immediately.
If the date that is stated in the new plan advice is in the future, this is the date the invoice amount will be settled to you. We will also email you a settlement advice on this date.
