The customer must cancel their insurance policy directly with you before notifying Coverpay.
The customer must then notify us of the cancellation date by logging into their Coverpay account and entering the effective date of the cancellation. All payments cease on the date we are notified of the cancellation. The cancellation date can only be nominated up to 7 days in advance. The customer is also asked to provide their preferred refund method.
You must also contact us to notify Coverpay of the cancellation date within two (2) business days of being advised of the cancellation.
